Participation Process

In July 2023, several participation events with key stakeholders were held in the region.
A total of four events were organised in Sagra, Castell de Castells, Orba, and Vall de Laguar.
In the preceding months of June and July 2023, technicians from the commonwealth (MACMA) and local government officials of the affected municipalities convened for multiple meetings.
The meetings revealed both strengths and weaknesses of the region, particularly with regards to the various administrations operating within it.
Consequently, a comprehensive list of projects in progress or previously established was produced, along with a compilation of issues requiring resolution and recommendations for improving the relations between administrations present or lacking in the area.
Attendees contributed helpful and insightful commentary.
An online survey was conducted to collect feedback from individuals who could not attend the meetings.
Additionally, a communication campaign was organised to distribute information about the meeting schedule and locations, as well as providing details about the Plan.
The participatory process is ongoing and any proposals or considerations regarding the Plan should be directed to macma@macma.org.
Finally, during October, a meeting and fair will be held to discuss the results and commence the implementation of actions.
